Job summary

HireArt is assisting an on-demand autonomous ride-hailing company in Las Vegas to hire Readiness and Response Operators. You will prepare vehicles for daily service, respond to on-road recovery events, and support fleet operations for a public-facing autonomous vehicle service. The role emphasizes safety, technical aptitude, and calm performance under pressure. You will use remote input tools, run checks, and coordinate with riders and cross-functional teams to maintain uptime and quality.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in fleet operations or similarly fast-paced environments.
Ability to follow complex procedures accurately under pressure.
Proficient with terminal commands, mobile devices, and remote operation tools.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform pre-service and post-service readiness checks, including mechanical inspections and sensor verification.
Respond to in-field vehicle incidents and coordinate safe recovery and repositioning.
Operate autonomous vehicles using approved remote input tools to support recovery and movement.
Assist riders during recovery events with safe entry and exit and clear updates.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and passenger readiness during shifts.
Document incidents and vehicle status updates in real time.
Support vehicle movement and storage across multiple sites.
Participate in new market launches and readiness inspections.
