Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Nashville, TN, is seeking Depot Operations Associates to support 24/7 AV depot operations and ensure fleet readiness. You will handle pre-deployment checks, cleaning, charging management, calibration procedures, and data handling, working under the Depot Operations Lead.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail and safe operation of autonomous vehicles. Experience in automotive or fleet operations, plus a valid US driver's license, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in automotive, fleet operations, logistics, or similar hands-on operational environment.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 3 years).
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and understand technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Readiness & Preparation: perform pre-deployment safety checks and end-of-day diagnostics.
• Vehicle State Transitions: update vehicle statuses and complete checklists in the fleet system.
• Quality Assurance: inspect vehicles per partner standards and document issues.
• Task Execution: manage daily tasks via digital systems to ensure timely completion.
• Charging, Cleaning & Fleet Servicing: perform cleaning to brand standards and manage charging sessions.
• Calibration & Technical Operations: conduct calibration activities and drive AVs for sensor calibration.
