Job summary

Hadrian is hiring an engineer for its Autonomous Factory Systems division to develop software interfaces for industrial machinery, enabling mills, welds, forms and more. You will collaborate with robotics, mechanical, and controls engineers to bring production systems from concept to operation across the US.

You’ll build software to coordinate mechatronic devices, create human-machine interfaces, integrate systems, and design data pipelines to feed planning and factory scheduling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, C#, or C++.
• Strong ability to work directly with hardware on the factory floor.

Responsibilities

• Develop software to coordinate mechatronic devices for automated manufacturing cells.
• Create human-machine interfaces for technicians to monitor automation on industrial machines.
• Ensure seamless software integration of automated manufacturing systems into Hadrian factories.
• Build data logging pipelines for connected devices to feed operational planning and scheduling.
