Job summary

Qualifications

• Part 107 certification and 100+ flight hours in varied environments.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and airspace best practices.
• Hands-on experience testing drone systems and collecting data.
• Experience with PX4, ArduPilot, Auterion, or Herelink-based systems.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured drone test flights in manual and autonomous modes.
• Perform pre- and post-flight checks, manage batteries, prepare equipment, and assist with on-site logistics.
• Operate in field environments with exposure to weather conditions.
• Travel up to ~20% as test conditions require.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface observations and drive improvements.
