Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and technical readiness of self-driving systems used in autonomous vehicles and robotaxi fleets across North America.

This role involves working with Senior Technicians, AV Operations Leads, Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, and engineering teams to diagnose issues, perform structured troubleshooting, and ensure safe testing and deployment of autonomous mobility systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in automotive electronics, diagnostics, or robotics.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English and ability to follow structured technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
• Inspect, repair, and validate SDS hardware components on autonomous vehicles.
• Perform software updates, configurations, and system validation checks.
• Calibrate sensors and validate system after maintenance or updates.
• Provide on-site expertise and document technical findings for engineering teams.
