Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of autonomous vehicle systems across North America. You will collaborate with Senior Technicians, AV Operations Leads, and engineering teams to ensure proper installation, calibration, and operation of self-driving hardware and software.

The role emphasizes hardware validation, software configuration, and rigorous documentation, with an on-site depot/operations setting supporting

Qualifications

3+ years in automotive electronics, diagnostics or robotics.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience with sensors, control systems, or advanced hardware.
Ability to follow structured software procedures.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
Inspect and validate SDS hardware components on autonomous vehicles.
Perform software updates, configurations, and system validation checks.
Calibrate sensors and verify system performance after maintenance or updates.
Provide on-site engineering and operations support and document findings.
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and technical procedures.
