Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and technical readiness of autonomous vehicle systems across North America. The role focuses on sensors, compute, software configurations, SDS hardware, diagnostics, calibration procedures, and validation to ensure safe testing and deployment.

The SDS Specialist will work with technicians, operations leads, safety operators, depot staff, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues,

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, technical support, or complex technical systems
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems, or advanced technical hardware
Fluent English
Ability to follow structured software procedures and technical workflows
Good communication and ability to work with cross-functional technical teams

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot self-driving system issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness
Inspect, repair, replace, and validate SDS hardware components on autonomous vehicles
Perform software updates and configuration changes with diagnostic tools and workflows
Calibrate sensors and validate perception-related hardware and system performance
Provide on-site engineering and operations support to prioritize repairs and reduce downtime
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety and technical procedures
