TSMG Holding seeks a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, and readiness of autonomous vehicle systems across North America. You'll work with technicians, engineers, and fleet teams to troubleshoot issues and validate SDS performance.

The role emphasizes structured diagnostics, hardware checks, and software configuration, ensuring safe testing, pilot deployments, and robotaxi readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or complex technical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, or advanced technical hardware.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS hardware, software, and configuration issues.
• Inspect, repair, replace, and validate SDS hardware on autonomous vehicles.
• Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks.
• Calibrate and verify sensors and self-driving system components.
• Serve as on-site SME for SDS-related technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain records of diagnostics, repairs, software updates, and calibration activities.
