Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of self-driving systems for autonomous vehicle fleets in North America.

The role focuses on automotive electronics, ADAS and embedded systems, with collaboration across engineering, operations, and depot teams to ensure safe testing and deployment of robotaxi services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or related fields.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems, or advanced hardware.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
• Inspect, repair, replace, and validate SDS hardware on autonomous vehicles.
• Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks.
• Perform calibration and verification activities for sensors and SDS components.
• Serve as on-site SME for SDS-related issues and provide documented findings.
• Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, software updates, and calibration activities.
