Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of autonomous vehicle systems across North America. You will work with technicians and engineering teams to identify issues, perform structured troubleshooting, and ensure safe testing and deployment of robotaxi fleets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or complex technical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems, or advanced hardware.
• Ability to follow structured software procedures and workflows.
• Excellent documentation and cross-functional communication.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot self-driving system issues affecting performance and fleet readiness.
• Investigate problems related to cameras, LiDAR, radar, GPS/GNSS, compute units, sensors, and hardware.
• Execute structured diagnostic procedures to identify root causes of hardware, software, and configuration issues.
• Support complex technical issues impacting testing or robotaxi operations.
• Escalate findings with clear documentation to engineering teams.
