Job summary

Tsmg in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support the diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and technical readiness of self-driving systems used in autonomous vehicles and robotaxi fleets across North America.

You will collaborate with Senior Technicians, AV Operations Leads, Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, engineering teams and fleet operations to identify issues, perform structured troubleshooting, and ensure readiness for testing and commercial operations

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, technical support, or related complex technical systems.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems, or advanced technical hardware.
Fluent English and ability to follow structured software procedures.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot self-driving system issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
Inspect, repair, replace, and validate SDS hardware components on autonomous vehicles.
Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks for autonomous driving systems.
Calibrate and verify sensors and self-driving components after maintenance or software updates.
Collaborate with engineering, fleet operations, and depot teams to prioritize repairs and reduce downtime.
Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, updates, and validation results.
