Bot Auto is in San Francisco, driving the future of autonomous trucking through cutting-edge ML research and deployment. We seek engineers who can train and refine neural networks, work with modern architectures, and contribute to end-to-end ML pipelines for perception and planning.

You will collaborate across teams, iterate rapidly, and stay ahead of emerging CV and AI techniques to solve real-world corner cases in autonomous driving.

Qualifications

• You have trained neural networks and can run the loop from data to deployment.
• Strong ML/DL foundations and modern architectures (Transformers, CNNs).
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch; solid software engineering basics.

Responsibilities

• Model Implementation & Iteration: develop, train, and optimize deep learning models for autonomous driving.
• Full Lifecycle Execution: manage data curation, analysis, experiments, and performance verification.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with simulation, infrastructure, and planning teams to integrate ML components into production.
• Literature Tracking: stay updated on CV and generative AI advances and benchmark SOTA methods.
