Job summary

Bot Auto is hiring a ML engineer to advance state-of-the-art autonomous driving models. You will participate in end-to-end model development, from data curation to deployment within our production pipeline for autonomous trucks.

You will collaborate with simulation, infrastructure, and planning teams, applying deep learning advances and rigorous evaluation to deliver robust perception, mapping, and planning components.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• You have trained neural networks and have run the loop: built a model, trained it, identified issues and fixed them.
• Strong theoretical foundation in ML/DL with knowledge of Transformers, CNNs, Graphs.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch, plus solid software engineering fundamentals.
• High self-motivation, analytical skills, fast learner in a startup environment, and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Model implementation and iteration for end-to-end DL architectures in autonomous driving.
• Participate in data curation, model experimentation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance verification.
• Collaborate with simulation, infrastructure, and planning/control teams to deploy ML components into production.
• Keep up with CV and generative AI advances and bench-test SOTA methods.
