KLA Industries, Inc. in Arkansas is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to staff its expanding second clinic.

This outpatient role offers autonomy with clinician mentorship, focusing on skin evaluations, medical dermatology, and routine procedural care. The position requires AR NP licensure, dermatology residency training, 1–2 years of dermatology experience, and the ability to work independently when the supervising physician is off-site.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas NP license or eligible for immediate licensure.
• Board-certified Dermatologist training through ACGME-recognized dermatology residency.
• Minimum 1–2 years of dedicated dermatology practice experience.
• Ability to practice independently and manage clinic workflows when supervising physician is off-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions at the second clinic site.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures (skin biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, minor excisions).
• Conduct full-body skin examinations, cancer screenings, and preventative education.
• Manage daily patient volume autonomously while collaborating with the supervising physician as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent service.
