Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an independent, hands-on Controller to lead day-to-day accounting for a closely held division of a global European producer. The role offers autonomy, ownership of finance and reporting, and direct interaction with a Europe-based manager, with potential US expansion and ERP migration support.

You will oversee invoicing, cash flow, taxes, month- and year-end closes, banking, insurance, planning, and product calculations in a growing, stable environment.

Qualifications

• BS Accounting degree required.
• Controller or Senior Accountant with independent contributor experience.
• Experience with global associates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing and customer/payment reminders.
• AR reporting and aging analysis; debt collection.
• AP reporting and vendor payments; cost of payments analysis.
• Payroll processing.
• Tax reporting and co-ordination with tax advisor.
