Job summary

gpac is representing a Denver-area commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to own projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will lead the delivery of commercial initiatives, maintain client relations, and drive procurement and cost control while collaborating with field teams and executives. The role offers a path for growth and a strong local pipeline of work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• General contractor experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing commercial projects from start to finish.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients, field teams, and executives.
• Procore, Bluebeam, and related construction software experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, design teams, and owners.
• Drive procurement, buyout, forecasting, and cost control.
• Lead owner and subcontractor meetings.
• Identify potential issues early and keep projects moving.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to a high standard.
