Job summary

gpac is recruiting a Commercial Construction Superintendent for Denver-area projects. You will lead day-to-day field operations, manage subcontractors, sequencing, and site logistics, and own the project schedule to ensure milestones are met.

You will coordinate with Project Managers and teams, conduct safety meetings, review drawings and RFIs, and maintain quality control from sitework to turnover. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects from sitework through turnover.
• Strong reading of drawings and specifications; scheduling focus.
• OSHA training preferred.
• Experience with Procore and scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Manage subcontractors, manpower, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Own the project schedule and drive milestone completion.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers and project teams.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety standards.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and upcoming work.
• Identify conflicts before they become delays.
• Maintain quality control throughout construction.
• Communicate professionally with owners, inspectors, architects, and trade partners.
• Lead projects through punch list and closeout.
