gpac is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The role focuses on leading schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget projects.

Qualifications

• PM experience in electrical construction.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings/specs.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience with budgets, scheduling, and project financials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial electrical construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower forecasts, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field personnel.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure project success.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues affecting budget or schedule.
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Conduct project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor and support project engineers, coordinators, and field teams.
