SERVPRO of Southwest Portland is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand our local network and drive growth. You will be the face of SERVPRO at events, build relationships with insurers and property managers, and educate the community on our restoration services.

You’ll use CRM and marketing tools to track progress, report territory results, and contribute to a strategic growth plan. A proactive, autonomous approach will help you succeed in a high-autonomy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in insurance or restoration.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools.
• Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience; clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Network at local associations and community events as the face of SERVPRO.
• Conduct daily marketing calls to build a reliable network of insurance agents and property managers.
• Educate the community on why SERVPRO is the top choice for restoration services.
• Use marketing software to track wins and report on your territory’s growth.
