Job summary

Project Play Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our school-based team. You will design and implement individualized ABA services, leveraging evidence-based practices to support students in reaching their fullest potential.

You will collaborate with teachers, speech and OT professionals, and supervisors to ensure comprehensive, child-centered support while mentoring RBTs and contributing to program development across our community.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible to provide school-based behavioral services.
• Experience supervising RBTs and collaborating with school staff.
• Strong data-based approach with open communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead school-based behavior plans using evidence-based ABA interventions.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and coordinate with teachers.
• Promote the whole-child approach and advocate for student progress.
