Job summary

Tree of Knowledge Learning Academy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a private practice setting. You will supervise RBTs and Trainees, develop treatment plans, and work closely with the owner and therapists to support a transdisciplinary approach.

The role emphasizes autonomy with professional judgment, no fixed curriculum, and a strong focus on delivering individualized care to children with autism, using verbal behavior assessments and language/play

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology.
• COBA Certification.
• BACB-credentialed BCBA.
• Experience providing services to individuals with Autism.
• Clear background check.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and Trainees.
• Develop Individual Behavior Treatment Plans using professional judgment; no fixed curriculum.
• Assess and develop treatment plans and maintain progress.
• Complete paperwork for ODE and insurance companies in line with BACB guidelines.
• Administer and interpret assessments such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ADOS-2.
• Assist children with special needs and their families to reach goals.
