Performance Automotive Network is hiring a Web & Digital Experience Specialist to oversee and optimize digital storefronts across our Cincinnati/Dayton and Bountiful, UT dealership networks.

You will bridge marketing strategy with technical website execution, ensuring fast, conversion-friendly experiences and adherence to SEO standards. This full-time role is on-site at our West Chester, OH headquarters.

Qualifications

• Experience with WordPress CMS for websites and email services.
• SEO best practices and content optimization knowledge.
• Strong web analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Graphic design/editing capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Platform & Content Management: Maintain dealership websites across CMS platforms.
• CRO & UX: Analyze journeys, heatmaps, and funnels to optimize UI/UX.
• Technical SEO & Site Health: Improve mobile performance and Core Web Vitals.
• Tracking & Tag Architecture: Deploy GTM tags and GA4 events.
• Vendor & Platform Coordination: Liaise with providers and partners.
• Marketing Campaign Enablement: Build landing pages for paid and email campaigns.
• Performance Analysis: Report site speed and KPIs using GA4 and dashboards.
