Job summary

Team Tango is seeking a Website Performance Manager to own client relationships and drive the vision for our automotive dealership website products. You will respond to inquiries, triage issues, and deliver proactive enhancements to improve retention and growth.

The ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing or agency experience, strong knowledge of dealership operations, and hands-on SEO/SEM, analytics, and Salesforce skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent
• 2–3 years in automotive digital strategy or retail management
• Solid understanding of dealership operations
• Experience in digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising (SEM, SEO, Google Ads)
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Google Analytics

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with client portfolio and translate needs into priorities
• Manage a full and/or complex account load
• Communicate user problems and triage bugs/issues for resolution
• Provide monthly performance reports including KPIs, GA data, SEO, and engagement analytics
• Present new feature requests to leadership and maintain product backlog
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support both proactive and reactive initiatives
• Drive upsell and account growth through collaboration with Customer Success
