Job summary

Helfman Automotive is seeking a Warranty Administrator for its Service Department. In this in-person role, you will process warranty claims, review documentation, and liaise with technicians and manufacturers to resolve issues.

You will maintain detailed records and ensure policy compliance, while assisting staff training and reporting to management. Preferred candidates will have dealership warranty experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with dealership software and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Experience in warranty administration within an automotive dealership.
• Solid understanding of automotive repair processes and warranty policies.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficient with dealership management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of manufacturer warranty programs and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently per manufacturer guidelines.
• Review and verify warranty documentation including repair orders and invoices.
• Communicate with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers to resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, approvals, and rejections.
• Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
• Assist in training staff on warranty procedures and updates.
• Monitor warranty claim statuses and follow up for timely resolution.
• Prepare reports on warranty activities and submit to management.
