Job summary

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an automotive warranty clerk or administrator (Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand experience strongly preferred).
• High proficiency with dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds preferred).
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process all Mercedes-Benz repair orders for correct documentation and warranty eligibility.
• Code and submit warranty claims through the proprietary manufacturer portal in a timely manner.
• Track outstanding claims, reconcile warranty receivables, and quickly appeal or resubmit any denied or rejected claims.
• Coordinate with the parts department to ensure failed components are properly tagged and retained for factory audits.
• Stay up to date on Mercedes-Benz recalls, technical service bulletins (TSBs), and warranty policy changes.

Job Summary:

As a Mercedes-Benz Warranty Clerk, you will manage the administrative processing of all manufacturer and third-party warranty claims.
