Job summary

Unknown company in the United States is seeking an Automotive Warranty Claims Specialist. You will review warranty paperwork, verify criteria, and stay updated on factory recalls and announcements.

You will reconcile warranty receivables, coordinate with the accounting department, maintain service and customer records, and use your vehicle service knowledge to verify documentation for warranty coverage and payment.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of vehicle service to verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage and payment.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Must have driver's license and be willing to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Automotive Warranty Administrators / Warranty Admins reviewall warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verifying criteriarequired by factory or distributor

Requirements

• Experience preferred but not required
• Strongcustomer service skills a must
• Musthave computer proficiency
• Validdriver's license
• Must be willing to submit to background check, driving record & drug test
