Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of ADP and Excel is a plus.

• Must pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims and paperwork accurately and on time.
• Verify warranty coverage and ensure proper documentation.
• Reconcile warranty payments and post credits.
• Resubmit rejected claims and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate warranty parts returns and recalls as needed.
