Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verify repair orders, parts usage, labor times, and supporting documentation for claim accuracy.
• Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and management to gather required claim information.
• Monitor claim status, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve claim discrepancies or rejections.
• Maintain warranty records and related files in accordance with company and manufacturer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with warranty policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
• Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and audit preparation related to warranty activity.
• Support additional administrative duties as needed within the service and accounting teams.
