Qualifications

• Previous experience in warranty administration, automotive service administration, or a related office role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency with computer systems, dealership software, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Verify repair orders, parts usage, labor times, and supporting documentation for claim accuracy
• Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and management to gather required claim information
• Monitor claim status, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve claim discrepancies or rejections
• Maintain warranty records and related files in accordance with company and manufacturer requirements
• Ensure compliance with warranty policies, procedures, and documentation standards
• Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and audit preparation related to warranty activity
• Support additional administrative duties as needed within the service and accounting teams
