Job summary
Expleo USA in Auburn Hills, Michigan seeks an Environmental Validation Engineer to join a dynamic team. You will lead environmental validation activities, develop validation plans, coordinate resources, and collaborate with global laboratories.
The role requires 3+ years in test/validation engineering, LabVIEW/TestStand experience, and familiarity with ASPICE/IATF ISO standards. You will drive efficiency, report progress, and support continuous improvement across programs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Test/Validation Engineering or related field.
- Experience developing/exec validation plans in automotive/electronics.
Responsibilities
- Review test requests and define final validation strategy.
- Develop validation plans and test specs meeting customer requirements.
- Coordinate validation activities and manage lab resources.
- Lead Validation FMEA and participate in design reviews.
- Generate detailed test reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and automation in validation methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with ASPICE and IATF/ISO standards.
