Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, 5 years of automotive engineering experience.
• Experience creating Validation Test Plans and meeting customer requirements (GMW3172, CS-1189, CETP).
• Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and 8D/5 Why methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop validation test plans and timing schedules to support program objectives.
• Coordinate test setup, EMC test preparation, and test execution across labs.
• Maintain test procedures, work instructions, and data analysis reports.
• Lead cross-functional validation activities with design, EE, ME, SYS, SW teams.
• Track testing, ensure on-time delivery, and support external labs as needed.
