FCP Euro in Mesa, AZ is seeking Customer Service Automotive Technical Specialists to become go-to experts for our customers. You will guide enthusiasts through pre-purchase questions and post-purchase issues with confidence, helping them choose the right parts and solutions.

You’ll apply deep automotive knowledge, troubleshoot complex problems, and support teammates with technical escalations. The on-site orientation starts soon, with remote eligibility after training for qualified staff.

Qualifications

• Passion for European cars with hands-on repair experience.
• 1+ years in customer service or automotive technical support.
• Proficiency with computers and digital tools in a professional setting.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ASE or OEM training is a plus.
• On-site orientation in Mesa, AZ for 30–45 days.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert pre-purchase support via phone, chat, and email to ensure customers get the right parts.
• Troubleshoot post-purchase issues and part replacements.
• Support teammates by handling advanced technical escalations.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain workflow adherence.
• Identify recurring issues and help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with technical content and product teams on fitment descriptions.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases with common solutions.
• Stay current on European vehicle technologies and industry advancements.
