Job summary

INFINITI is hiring a Training Planner in Franklin, TN to support the Training department. The role emphasizes management reporting, executive presentations, event planning, and regional communications with a strong onsite component and a remote option on Fridays.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. Hybrid work setup includes periodical vendor coordination and limited travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel: pivot tables, data analysis and graphing.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle special projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly executive reports and performance summaries for training programs.
• Support management with executive-level presentations and data analysis.
• Track training activities and maintain project status trackers; report weekly to management.
• Coordinate and provide logistics for events at the Nissan Training Center and HQ.
• Lead training content development reviews and interact with vendors.
• Schedule, manage, and document recurring and ad hoc meetings with stakeholders and vendors.
• Facilitate facilitator calls and keep minutes; assist in program coordination.
• Oversee eLearning materials development and review training materials.
• Maintain technical and program question logs and report findings.
• Act as point of contact for facilitators and coordinate retailer site visits as needed.
