Job summary

Nissan is seeking an INFINITI Senior Analyst - ICV & CPO Strategy in Franklin, TN. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on the INFINITI Courtesy Vehicle program and the Certified Pre-Owned area, driving budgeting, vendor oversight, and data-driven improvements for retailer profitability.

The successful candidate will bring 6+ years in Sales Ops/Marketing or CPO/Used Vehicle operations, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Excel, presentation, and cross-functional influencing skills to support

Qualifications

• Six or more years of progressive experience in Sales Ops, Marketing, CPO/Used Vehicle operations, or retailer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree from a 4 year college or university in a related field
• Strong analytical capability and high proficiency using Excel; ability to interpret financial statements and operating reports.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, ThinkCell, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Ability to manage workload independently and drive strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and strategic direction for the INFINITI Courtesy Vehicle (ICV) program and CPO initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, vendor management, fleet tracking, reporting, and cross-functional alignment.
• Provide analytical, operational, and field support for CPO and used-vehicle initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Remarketing, AP, IFS, Legal, Tax, Risk, and DND to ensure compliance and alignment.
• Identify opportunities to improve retailer profitability and program execution.
