Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail sales processes and the role of incentives.

• Excellent negotiation and cross-functional relationship building skills to balance priorities across teams.
• Six+ years of directly related professional experience.
• Experience in developing and analyzing standard and ad hoc reporting tools; ability to tell a data-driven story.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and other PC apps to produce non-standard outputs.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with departments for planning and implementing new vehicle incentive programs.
• Performs tracking and post analysis of program performance; maintains costing tools.
• Produces Competitive Incentive C&I reports, analyses, and presentations.
• Acts as C&I SME with cross-functional teams during design, testing, and implementation.
• Assists with monthly, quarterly and fiscal-year incentive planning and development.
• Programs VIMS with monthly incentive offers and compiles region matrices.
