Job summary

INFINITI is seeking a dedicated Training Planner to support the Training department in Franklin, TN. The role focuses on management reporting, executive presentations, event planning, and regional communications. It is based primarily onsite in Franklin, with a remote work option on Fridays.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of related experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and excellent communication and project management abilities. Occasional travel is limited.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly executive reports and performance summaries on training programs.
• Support management with executive-level presentations and data analysis.
• Track training activities and maintain project status trackers; report weekly to management.
• Coordinate logistics for events at Nissan Training Center and HQ; ensure on-site presence during vendor activity.
• Lead training content development review and gather team feedback from vendors.
