Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Vehicle Title & Tag Processing Clerk to handle title work for wholesale, dealer trades, retail, and out-of-state transactions. You will ensure accurate documentation and complete related tag transfers throughout the workflow.

In this role you will answer phone inquiries, file records, scan and organize documents, and support core office tasks while maintaining compliance with DMV-related processes.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive title clerk experience is required.
• Familiarity with dealership accounting practices is preferred.
• Experience using DMV-related software.

Responsibilities

• Process title work for wholesale, dealer trade, retail, out-of-state, and export vehicle titles.
• Complete related tag transfers and ensure accurate documentation throughout the workflow.
• Provide core office support: answer phones, file records, and scan/organize documents.
