Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership title clerk or DMV processing experience.
• Florida title and registration procedures knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with computers, data entry, and dealership management systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle title applications, registrations, and license plate transactions for new and used vehicle sales.
• Submit title and registration paperwork to FLHSMV; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of title transactions and paperwork.
• Handle title transfers, lien recordings, lien releases, and renewals.
• Communicate with customers, lenders, and DMV offices to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams for timely processing.
• Assist with out-of-state title and registration transactions as needed.
• Provide additional administrative and accounting support as assigned.
