Requirements include dealership experience, knowledge of automotive DMS, strong administrative, organizational and data entry skills, plus solid verbal communication. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team culture focused on growth.

Responsibilities

• Stock in Vehicles.
• Pull all of the Manufacturer billing and post (daily).
• Balance Manufacturers Payables Monthly Statements.
• Post payments for vendor (monthly).
• File vendors statements and invoices with copy of check (monthly).
• Maintain W9’s.
• Clean assigned schedules.
• Order office supplies.
• File daily deposits.
• Back up accounts receivable.
