Job summary

Toyota of Scranton is seeking an organized Title & Accounting Professional to manage registrations, title processing, and related paperwork. You will interact with the Office Manager and F&I team to ensure accurate handling of titles and DMV submissions.

Ideal candidates have title/registration experience and a strong eye for detail, with the ability to maintain compliance across multiple states and a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Accounting or automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Title and registration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares PA and out-of-state tax and title documents for car deals.
• Submits all legal transfer documents to the DMV.
• Monitors compliance of PennDOT contract.
• Receives and processes paperwork from the F&I department.
• Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins as needed.
• Prepares and finalizes wholesale paperwork as needed.
• Reconciles payoff and title-related accounting schedules.
• Maintains and files deal jackets and title records.
