Qualifications

• Prior automotive title clerk experience required.
• New and used title processing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of state registration and tax requirements.
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Wholesale dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicle titles accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and submit title and registration documents to the appropriate state agencies.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Follow up on outstanding title and registration issues.
• Prepare checks and general ledger entries for tax payments submitted to the state.
• Maintain title schedules and reconcile accounts as assigned.
• Support accounting office functions as needed.
• Assist with wholesale title processing.
