The role requires at least 1 year of experience in retail sales management, automotive knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. You will lead a team, balance service sales with workflow, and ensure a clean, customer-focused showroom and service area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales management.
• Automotive repair industry experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess tire and service needs with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Recommend and sell tires, services, and accessories that align with customer requirements and store goals.
• Manage sales transactions across retail, wholesale, and national accounts.
• Oversee shop workflow to balance service sales with staff, equipment, and time.
• Track inventory levels and maintain organized point-of-sale displays.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties and basic shop tasks such as tire mounting and balancing.
• Lead by example to promote a clean, organized showroom and customer-friendly service environment.
• Demonstrate multitasking to manage customer interactions, sales activity, and priorities.
• Apply automotive knowledge to assist customers with tire selection and maintenance recommendations.
