Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales management.
• Automotive repair industry experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assess needs with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Recommend and sell tires, services, and accessories aligning with customer requirements and store goals.
• Manage sales transactions across retail, wholesale, and national accounts.
• Oversee shop workflow to balance service sales with staff, equipment, and time.
• Track inventory levels and assist with tire stocking and point-of-sale displays.
• Perform daily opening/closing duties including deposits and basic shop tasks.
• Lead by example to maintain a clean, organized showroom and service area.
• Demonstrate multitasking to manage customer interactions, sales activity, and priorities.
• Apply knowledge to assist customers with tire selection, alignment needs, and maintenance recommendations.
