JASPER Engines & Transmissions in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cultivate business in an assigned territory. You will call on independent repair facilities, local fleets, and government accounts, with overnights one week a month.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, presenting proposals, and building long-term relationships with customers, cross-functional teams, and product updates, while pursuing growth and commissions.

Qualifications

• Degree or two-plus years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell with proven system and marketing materials.
• Develop plans to maximize sales opportunities in territory.
• Prospect on independent repair facilities, fleets, government accounts, and other customers.
• Prepare needs assessments and sales proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, production, and distribution teams.
• Plan and manage accounts and introduce new products and updates.
• Build long-term value-based relationships and pursue growth.
