Job summary

PSE Group in Michigan is seeking a Territory Manager for automotive coatings to drive revenue growth and nurture customer relationships within an assigned region.

You will call on dealers and body shops, present product solutions, coordinate with vendors, and help customers select the right finish systems. The role offers competitive pay, commissions, benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a collaborative, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Territory Manager.
• BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

• Develop regular territory sales and marketing plans.
