CalTex Protective Coatings, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales in a designated territory. You will prospect, acquire new accounts, retain existing ones, and deliver branded product demonstrations to dealers and clients. Strong relationship skills and CRM discipline are essential for success.

You will manage proposals, training, and cross-sell opportunities while adhering to company guidelines and schedules, including travel and weekend events as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred but not required.
• At least 3 years of direct customer relations experience.
• Experience in automotive dealership and/or after-market sales desired.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual net revenue goals and productivity objectives.
• Acquire new accounts by prospecting and cultivating relationships within the territory.
• Use CRM to document interactions and manage the sales process from qualification to contract.
• Educate prospects through compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and training.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase product saturation and revenue.
