Job summary

CJ’s Tire & Automotive in West Lawn, PA is looking for a trainee automotive technician to gain hands-on experience and work toward independence. You will learn to perform tire services, oil changes, inspections, and routine maintenance while following store policies.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, have a high school diploma, and are able to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment. The role includes training, growth opportunities, and a supportive, family-owned workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid drivers’ license, acceptable driving history and access to reliable transportation.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to at least 50lbs, often repetitively.
• Must be able to adapt to severe climate variances.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
• Candidates must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings

To provide timely and error-free tire and Automotive services following established company policies and procedures. Our goal is for this trainee to gain knowledge and experience needed to work independently and become a successful automotive technician.
