CJ’s Tire and Auto in Fairless Hills, PA is seeking a full-time trainee automotive technician to provide tire services, oil changes, and preventative maintenance following company policies. The role aims to develop the knowledge and experience needed to work independently and become a skilled technician.

The position emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and safety, with a schedule avoiding late evenings, Sundays, and excessive overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving history and access to reliable transportation
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to at least 50lbs, often repetitively
• Must be able to adapt to severe climate variances
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations in a professional manner
• Candidates must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Performs tire services, battery installations, oil changes, maintenance services, and multi-point inspections notating conditions that exist on vehicles
• Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment
• Work with fellow associates as a team to provide exceptional customer service

To provide timely and error-free tire and Automotive services following established company policies and procedures. Our goal is for this trainee to gain knowledge and experience needed to work independently and become a successful automotive technician.
