Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring Automotive Technicians in Bethany, NY to learn and perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance under guidance from experienced peers. This role emphasizes hands-on learning, accuracy, and customer service in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Pay range is $18.38–$27.62 hourly with a flat-rate model, and employees may pursue ASE certifications with company support.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment.
