Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking Automotive Technicians in New York to join our fast-paced service team. You will learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under guidance, performing inspections and addressing customer questions with a focus on quality workmanship.

The role features flat-rate pay and opportunities to earn based on performance. Pay ranges from $21.00 to $31.56 per hour, with ASE certifications supported after two years on the job.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance including oil changes, tire repair, and basic inspections.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
